Fernando (voiced by Dale Wilson) is Quetzal's identical twin brother who works in the garden near his cave in Dragon Land.
Physical Appearance[]
He is identical to his twin brother Quetzal but wears a green garden hat and has a different voice. His Dragon Badge has the same design as his brother but it's colored red instead of green.
